Magic: The Gathering poll suggests players want a return to Innistrad

A poll conducted by Magic: The Gathering‘s bigwig Mark Rosewater has revealed that the world players are most keen to return to is the world of Innistrad, which first appeared as its own three expansion block (Innistrad, Dark Ascension and Avacyn Restored) in 2011-2012.

The top 10 worlds players most want to see again are:

  1. Innistrad
  2. Lorwyn
  3. Dominaria
  4. Kamigawa
  5. New Phyrexia
  6. Alara
  7. Ravnica
  8. Theros
  9. Tarkir
  10. Kaladesh

Returning to pre-visited worlds is a fan-favourite topic in Magic: The Gathering. When we spoke to Aaron Forsythe at PAX Australia 2014, he admitted that he often dreams of a return to Dominaria — so maybe this latest poll will allow him to make some headway towards that goal at the offices.
