Games Workshop veterans from the 2000’s will remember their Specialist Games subdivision, which was incorporated to handle all of GW’s ‘other’ games — in essence, literally everything that wasn’t Warhammer Fantasy or Warhammer 40K.
Specialist Games was retired in early 2013, but it seems like it’s about to make a big return. Multiple Games Workshop stores have taken to Facebook to advertise the imminent return of the veteran-focused subdivision with the following image:
The return of Specialist Games is “100% for real” insists Games Workshop in Perth, and the news was also confirmed in the official Warhammer app, so — all that’s left now to do is wait for the details! I’d like to put in an early request for GorkaMorka, please.
