Governing Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Where permitted by law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts in respect of any proceedings in connection with these Terms or use of this Site.
