The ongoing legal tussle between Games Workshop and Chapterhouse Studios over copyright issues appears to have finally been resolved, although the details of what was agreed to remain private.

Documents filed in the Illinois court system show that both parties agreed to a withdrawal of all legislation after reaching a private settlement.

As of this time the Chapterhouse website is still offline for “maintenance”, and the chances of Games Workshop releasing a statement to the press are precisely zero, so it may take us some time to discover what happened.
